How much tent space do you need?
A common rule of thumb is to allow about 6–8 sq ft per guest for a standing or cocktail event, 8–10 sq ft per guest seated at rectangular tables, and 10–12 sq ft per guest seated at round tables. Add room for buffet lines, a dance floor, a DJ, or a gift table.
